Hi, I'm Sierra — the heart behind Calmful Roots and creator of gentle self-care tools for overwhelmed mothers.

Like so many busy moms, I've lived through seasons where life felt like too much. The endless to-do lists, the emotional weight of showing up for everyone, and that pressure to hold it all together — it left me stretched thin and running on empty.

The turning point came when I realized something vital: you can't pour from an empty cup. And more importantly, filling yours first isn't selfish — it's survival.

That's where my mission began: creating nervous-system-friendly tools that help overwhelmed mothers find their way back to calm without adding more pressure to their plates.

My Why: From Burnout to Balance

I understand mom burnout and overwhelm — not from textbooks, but from lived experience. I know what it feels like when self-care feels impossible and when you've forgotten who you are beneath all you do.
